Year 2006: The Vision Begins

In a small, modest office, a passionate entrepreneur named Alex embarked on an ambitious journey to solve a common problem for appointment-based businesses—managing their day-to-day operations seamlessly and start building custom software. With a deep understanding of the challenges faced by any business but also clinics, spas, and salons, Alex set out to create a tool that would revolutionize the industry. Armed with nothing but a vision, a laptop, and determination, the idea for the custom software was born.

Year 2010-2011: The First Step

As the idea started to take shape, it became clear that one person alone could only accomplish so much. Enter Mario, a trusted partner with a shared vision, bringing complementary skills in tech development and programming strategy. Together, they spent countless hours coding, testing, and refining the initial version of the software. Early versions of the CRM focused on core features such as appointment scheduling, client management, and reminders, laying the groundwork for what would become a game-changing platform, the idea for the SaaS Clinic Software CRM was born.

Year 2012: Product Takes Shape

By now, the software was beginning to show real promise. The duo had grown the product to include customer history tracking, inventory management, 2 way emails and sms, paperless consent forms, online bookings and simplified billing. More and more local businesses started showing interest, impressed by the ease with which they could manage appointments, customers, and payments. Word of mouth spread, and the need for a more robust platform became evident. But they needed a bigger team to take things to the next level.

Year 2015: Expanding the Team

As demand grew, Alex and Mario expanded the team from 2 to 5 people. The software’s features grew exponentially with new tools like reporting analytics, marketing automation, and employee management functionalities. Together, the small team worked tirelessly to fine-tune every feature, ensuring that the CRM wasn’t just a tool, but a trusted partner for appointment-based businesses. It was no longer just a vision—it was a thriving solution for an entire industry.

Year 2016: The Turning Point

By this time, the product had a solid customer base, and the business was on the rise. The decision was made to transition to a full Server SaaS model, allowing businesses to access the platform online. With this new model, clients no longer had to worry about installation or maintenance—the platform was always up-to-date and available from anywhere. As more businesses saw the value in having a cloud-based solution, the user base grew rapidly. Laura joined the team. A small but determined team of 15 was formed, focused on refining the software further, making it more intuitive, user-friendly, and scalable.

Year 2021: Scaling Up

The team had now expanded to 20 dedicated professionals across multiple departments, including customer support, development, marketing, and sales. The CRM software had evolved into a comprehensive solution for clinics, spas, salons, and any other appointment-based business. New features like online booking upsells, review, real-time calendars, employee scheduling, payment processing and lots of integrations, and advanced reporting became essential parts of the tool. The software had officially transformed into an all-in-one platform that was trusted by thousands of businesses globally.

Year 2025: Today: Global Leader

Fast forward to today, and Clinic Software CRM stands as a leading CRM for appointment-based businesses. With 19 years of industry expertise and a passionate team behind the platform, our software now manages everything from client booking and reminders to marketing campaigns and payments.
